If your parent is a registered childminder can you use nursery vouchers to pay them?`

That's all really!
The Accor scheme says that the tax benefit can't be given for "informal" care (eg parent, friend) however if that parent or friend is a CM, can you?

I obviously haven't read the leaflet, but I do know a registered childminder who minds her own grandchildren and gets all the same "benefits" as any other childminder. The reason for getting registered in the first place was so that her daughter could legitimately get the same benefits as if she had a non-family CM. I'm just confused really!!
