Anyone had any dealings with Lauvic Nannies?

Thinking of using this agency to find Nanny for my 2 ds's. Has anyone delt with them?

I've only ever had e-mail dealings with Olivia (manager at Lauvic). She seems quite nice.
Not ever used Lauvic in a professional capacity though, so can't comment on how good their service is to families.
