Hi there,

I look after a little girl, she is 5 and this morning she injured her head, so she is at the hospital because she needs stiches, the mum wants to bring her to me after she is done at hospital.

I don't think I should have the little girl but should I anyway if she is ok ?

I would be a bit wary tbh head injuries can be very serious.

NickNacks · 22/03/2012 12:05

Hmm no I wouldn't be happy with this. I assume she should usually be at school right now?

sherocks · 22/03/2012 12:05

yes she should be at school.

Then no.

I think if they aren't well enough for school then they aren't well enough for me. I'm not a nurse.

Runoutofideas · 22/03/2012 13:22

No I wouldn't take her. She needs to be at home with her parent keeping an eye on her in case of concussion etc.

No she should be with parent or family member.she will have had a local anaesthetic, if there was a danger of concussion she would have normally been kept in hospital but u never no, she will need careful watching and have been upset I Imagine.

Surprised mum wants to leave her to be honest.

Am cm and would defiantly say no.
