Self Review

Hi All! I am a relatively new childminder pre Ofsted grading inspection, and I was wondering if any of you complete a self review sheet, book etc and what sort of things you have on it / layout... I would really like Ofsted to be able to see that I am checking in on myself regularly and reviewing my way of working etc...
Also, how often would I do this, or should I keep an ongoing notebook / journal for continuous improvement...
Any tips much appreciated!
Thanks In advance! xx

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I use Ofsted's own self evaluation form. It's a pain to.fill in the first.time, but easy to.update later.

yes, same here as HSMM

It's a devil to plough through but well worth it

Ah, ok... I think I have missed the point of the Ofsted form... I thought it was only to be used pre Ofsted inspection, and didn't realise it could be used as a regular check... how often do you guys do it / update it?
