Pancake mix in the fridge ready for later. Probably should have let the children make it. Never mind, they can do the toppings.

Ok. Pancake filled children sleeping happily now. All of them asked for pancakes.again tomorrow: )

No such luck! I'll have to make up some more mix tonight to get mine. I can't believe how many (mini) pancakes small children can eat!
