Hi I know it has been asked before but can't find the thread now and I have an interview tomorrow night so need an answer quite quick.

How much would £300 net a week work out gross per week. Thanks

£375pw now or £370pw in April. www.mranchovy.com/calc

PAYE Calculator

Making lots of assumptions:

Taxcode 810L
Hours: 50 per week
No student loan

£300 Net = £370 Gross (Tax Year 2012/13, so from April 2012)

£300 Net = £375 Gross (Tax Year 2011/12, so until end of March)

How about you agree £375 Gross per week instead of £300 Net?

For 2011/12 tax year, I used taxcode 747L. Again an assumption.

Do play with the PAYE calculator and use figures which are representative of your personal tax situation.
