Can't help then as I only got 2. I just know you need all 5 sections to be outstanding in order to get Outstanding overall.

I got outstanding overall. The inspector said that you had to prove that you worked above and beyond the National Standards. She went through the Guidance booklet with a fine toothcomb and then expected more. She went through every piece of paper. She also said that to get an outstanding you had to have had working knowledge of child protection, diversity and special needs, so if you had not yet minded children in these catagories you could only achieve a good. I had to be able to demonstrate my working knowledege of these areas, I have to be using the birth to 3 framework, I also offer early years curriculum, exceptional hygiene practice etc, Basically all everyone else does but maybe just that bit more.
