what is the going rate for a 17 yrs old baby sitter looking after 2 children aged 1 and 2.5 for 2 shifts 5 to 730 and a sat 10 till 3 on this day dad of kids will be in the house doing chores bsbysitter only to play with kids

We have a 16 YO babysitter who we pay between £4 & £5 per hour. Tend to pay her more like £5/hr if she has to play with the kids and get them to bed, and if we are out late but nearer £4/hr if she is just literally sitting and the kids are already in bed.
But have paid a good deal more than this before ... up to £7/hr and even more if a 'professional' babysitter through an agency
