Have covered my nanny's mat leave. She was due back mid Feb which suited me perfectly cos have another employee at work going on Mat leave early March so am covering for her when she goes so was looking forward to a bit of normality before then. Nanny now tells me she isn't coming back till end Feb. Have the most fantastic girl I want to employ as nanny but can't because of rights issues etc... Feel so let down that all I have done has been in her favour with v little in return for it
