I need to start thinking about childcare for DD. She is my first child and I have no idea where to start looking. She will be 7 months when I have to go back to work FT. Are there any websites that are recommended/should be avoided? We live in SE London so if anyone local has any recommendations that would be great.

Some questions which will help us to help you:

What time would you need to leave home to get to work?
What time would you get back home from work?
Would you want to travel far with DD, such as finding childcare near to your work or would you prefer childcare near to your home/at your home?
Do you have any budget in mind for childcare?
Do you live in a London Borough - if so, would you be prepared to say which one? If not, which County are you in, if you are prepared to say on here more about your location? (this enables us to point you towards information about childcare in your specific area, such as letting you know the correct contact information for your local Family Information Service)
You say she is your first child... does that mean you plan to have more children?
