Had a phone call to say, they're waiting on a call from a nursery to see about them extending the nursery hours and then she will get back to me.

Could that be a good sign or not, I hate waiting about, It makes me stressy :L !

So a nanny (I presume you are a nanny) is only an option for them if the nursery won't provide more hours. Maybe not a long term job - if in a few months/year time nursery had a place come up, maybe they would take it and not need you anymore. Always a risk if it's just caring for one or two children and during nursery hours (such as 8-6).

Good luck, hope you hear back from them soon. It's the waiting that's the worst thing. Meanwhile, have you got any other families to meet?

Nope, no other families at the moment, they are very rare around here (cumbria) and I want to be live out at the mo.
