Nanny salary

I've been told about a Nanny in our area (West Country - not many nannies round here!), who charged £8 per hour. She now has her own child, how much less would you expect her to charge to bring her dd along?

It could be 20%, 30% or 0%.

It isn't really up to them, it's up to you as their employer. You decide upon the salary and they decide if they will accept the job at that salary.

Do you want a nanny who brings their own child to work with them?

There are not many nannies around your area you say, so if you like them and feel you will get on with them, then make a job offer and see if they would accept it. They will probably have a figure in mind, as they will have their own bills to pay and thus know how much they need to earn.
