Old Paperwork question

Hi, I know I have to keep contracts and other documents for old mindee's but what about photos and learning jounals that parents don't want can I destroy these?

I send the photos and learning journals home with the children

You might even be in breach of data protection if you keep them?

Hi, Apart from the contracts and register, is there any thing else you are supposed to keep?

medical records must be kept for 21 years
financial records must be kept for 5 complete tax years

I keep all contracts, medical and registers for the specified time but wondered about photos.

All parents have photos and then I delete them, but I have one specific parent who didn't want them, so if I delete didn't want anycome back, iyswim
