I have a mindee who started school in september but because of behaviour issues hasn't been allowed to attend full time, so we still have her in the afternoons. Does she count as over 5 or under 5? Thanks so much for any help.

If they're not in full time I would say they would count as an under 5, I read a post about a 5.5 year old who wasn't in full time school but the cm assumed he was an over 5 and she got an action for being over her numbers, ofsted should confirm this if you give them a ring or email?

They have to be in 10 sessions (full time) and it has to state on the registration certificate that they can be classed as over 5s
