Accident forms

hello, another question please. When do you fill in an accident form, what type of accident do you log. I have a young walker who fall 20/30 times a day and general catches his head at least once each day. If I filled in a form every time I would use up a tree each week. Please tell me at what level an accident does it need to go into an accident form. Many thanks

Any accidents need logging so if he falls and bumps his head it must be logged and any bumps from home should be logged as existing injuries, if he just falls but doesn't injure himself then no need to log I would say, any injury especially bumps to head may be worse than they look so not worth the risk of not logging it.
