My ladies (Childminders who work for me) were OFSTEDed today

They both got good

With some outstanding..we will know more in the report

I can't wait...I'm so proud I could burst - this was their 6 monthly inspection.....she said I had trained them well

I'm too bloody knackered....I've been down with the trots for 2 days plus getting ready plus nvq course tonite

That right ThePrisoner....and doubly so as I wasn't being inspected and had to depend on her view of my staff
