Help! How much to pay a nannyshare?

Hi,

We have a fantastic nanny 3 days per week and from September she is going to look after my friend's child for one of those days as well as mine. How much extra should we pay her for the extra child?

Where about are you?
It depends on the area. Im in sw London & do a nannyshare 3 days a week with 3 children. I get £11.50 ph.

25-30% extra of her gross wage is probably the norm.
