ds3 has just transitioned out of the baby room to the 2-3's, his key worker in the baby room was amazing, we miss her already and are trying to think of a way to say thank you - I have got a starbucks voucher and ds has made a card, but a friend suggested writing to the nursery manager to let her know how impressed we were and ask for it to be put on her record - good idea or bad??
do you have any better suggestions? I've also got to think what to get ds1's reception teacher as well who really has gone the extra mile for him... we've had a good year for childcare and feeling very lucky!
