Observations/Trackers

Hi was just wondering if any one uses trackers. Was just thinking about it as I was looking through my "Good practise in childminding" book, and it mentioned them.
I tend to do both short and long detailed obs including photos and EYFS areas and next steps,
How do you record your obs, just out of interest.
I must say I am pretty happy with the system I have been using for the past 3 ish years.

If you go onto the Trio website there is a template for observations, it is just as you've said you are doing so sounds right to me, trcker obs are the movements of the children, where they play and for how long, not sure if that would be any help in a cm house??

What is the Trio website? Not heard of that, we also have to do tracker obs now which is another thing OFSTED have bought in to add to the mountain of paperwork we already have.
