Hi there, was just wondering what to do. Mine contain lots of photos and observations. I also keep a Daily Diary.
What do you do when a mindee leaves. Which paper work do you keep and which do you give to mindee.
Thanks.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I keep all the legal stuff about child details, accident reports, medicine administration, records of concerns, etc and give them their learning journeys/photos/observations/diaries.

You keep the child's details, accident reports, medicince asministration, records of concerns etc. You have hand over the learning jorunerys and dairies, not sure about the observations.

I spent ages doing one L J but I had to hand it over to the parents when the child left. I did not do it straight away as I needed to show the assessor who was assessing me. Once done I handed it over....

Certain records you need to keep for is it 3 yrs? can anyone confirm this.

Some records you have to keep until the child is 21!

21 yrs 9 months (I think)

But obs/diary/photos go with the child
