There are Italian playgroups (mum and baby groups) in London. Or perhaps a part time Italian nanny

I am a CM. I don't speak Italian, but 2 of my mindees have an Italian mother, who speaks to them exclusively in Italian and they have just visited family in Italy and managed to converse in Italian fluently for a whole month with no problem at all.

My point is, that if you can't find someone who speaks Italian, you should be enough for them.

Try talking to the manager of the Italian nursery in Stockwell: there is an attaccherà hostel for young Italian workers and it is apparently a good sourcr of nannies.
