Logging into the account part?

I can log onto the website so i know my numbers/pword are correct but when i try to access the account (i have paid money to) it says access denied and that i am trying to access something i don't have permission to!! wtf??

Just wondered if anyone else had problems as this is really frustrating!!

You've paid to access the HMRC site? That alone doesn't sound right to me, as it costs nothing to access the sections that I use. Give them a call.

no sorry haven't paid,i meant the part where it says how much you may or may not have paid towards your account already!!

Ahhhh, sorry, I misunderstood.
No idea then. It could just be a glitch in the system, have you tired again today with no joy? If so then give them a call.

are u on the online website? online.hmrc.gov.uk? Only asking cos I kept getting that message last year and realised I was on a different(wrong) web address for the HMRC
