OMIGOD!!! So I leave university and come and get kids! But omigod!! Asked her why, she said it was confidential. Asked her to bring house key back asap, still haven't had it. There is a four week notice period in her contract and on top of it all, she has been overpaid THREE WEEKS holiday!!

Thank goodness I have been advertising... I already have an interview lined up on Friday, but still... looks like I'll be missing uni tomorrow.

I can't decide if I'm more angry or feel sorry for her.

I really can't work this situation out at all although I have to say my mind is drifting the way of Chipping's based on the unresolved stuff on the previous thread.

Why on earth would you go: "It's confidential" when asked why you're resigning.Venti originally introduced some of the details about her husband that started the tounges wagging, I have to say. Although I agree Strix, we don't know enough of the facts.

There are lots of strange threads on MN at the moment though. Just check out AIBU and "the shitting in sock in New Look" one. The obvious question is can people really be this weird? do i know any of them personally????

if this thread is real, ten nanny sounds a nutter and very unprofessional

are you 100% sure she hasn't been a victim of iphone autocorrect, maybe she meant to say something else and accidentally wrote "quit"

otherwise she sounds loopy.
