I need a Nanny Agency

I have been looking for a decent nanny agency for months. Unfortunately i have had quite a few bad experiences with Nanny agencies over the years. They are so expensive and they seem to be very motivated by the money and happy to send just anyone to get that booking especially the agencies in London. Any reccommendations???

So, why is it you want to use one? (wouldn't go anywhere near one, personally)

There are some very good agencies around, try looking at www.anauk.org. They have a good site that has agencies throughout the UK.

It's always worth going through an agency as you will have piece of mind, and they can negotiate on your behalf.
