Where do you get your au pairs/ nannies

I ask because I am a nanny and live in Italy and wondered which websites/agencies people use. There are no local agencies here and I'm starting to look for work.

I have used greataupair.com (though I think it's better for au pairs than for nannies) and nannyjob.co.uk. I don't know however if this will help much for a job in Italy.

nannyjob do have a section for jobs in europe (and in the rest of the world) if that helps.... tho i think they have more jobs in the Uk!

Thank you. Unfortunately for me, Great Au Pair charge 90 dollars to register which I think is very expensive considering I have no guarantee of any contact. I'm register with Nannyjob and also look at Gumtrees. I thought I ask the question in case I was missing the obvisouly websites.
