Last week mindees mum gave four weeks notice as she has moved and would be too much of a trek to keep me on. So I thought i had this week, then shes on holiday for a week then i would have him the final week. T
oday when she picked him up she thanked me for everything and said that that was it now (paid me till end of notice period), and that she would ring me in a couple of weeks to arrange a playgroup meet up. Feel abit sad even though i was expecting it but i am only human, I had this mindee since he was April, just feel I would have liked to know it was his last day when she had dropped him off this morning.
