I think you'd be better off with a double buggy mainly because it is narrower, and hence goes through more doorways. I bought the maclaren one for this reason, and I have found it goe through most doorways.

However my DH and I both HATE pushing the double so when we go out on weekends we each take a single pram. The nanny uses the double though for long journeys.

I found helens and mine for 59.00 in toysrus as they were brand new but about to be disconnected, i would maybe check for ex demo
