dosnt look like they will pay you . does their good name mean nothing . I would be mortified if people knew I didn't pay my debts . I would look online and get relevant paperwork ready for the small claims court if i were you . best of luck .

Saltire - I just knew it was going to be you!!

I have to say my first thought was 'Poor kids' :( What will they do now :(

But I am pleased for you, the parents are a bloody nightmare and are piss takers to the extreme. Can you do a week by week payment thing for the last few weeks? OR can you do the CM equivalent of firing them from 'Gross Misconduct' (lying about you being ill and not having the children)?? It's pushing it a bit, but there must be a way to prevent you working for a month for no money then having to try to get the money off of them??

Who is looking after the kids while they go away for their much deserved break from the kids?

[Clearly said tongue in cheek - I'm suprised they recognise the poor little mites]

Well done Saltire. I've been following your threads. You must feel a huge sense of relief.

Well done! Saltire - so do you have the kids for the next 4 weeks? Or have they put them in other childcare?

Blondeshavemorefun · 10/03/2011 17:34

they have to pay you for the last 4 weeks as in your contract - and if need be then threaten to take to small claims if they dont
