hi
im finding it hard to help my aupair connect with others, as i did not go through and agency.
i am very happy with her she is fab, but i would like to help her meet other girls over here in our area...
we live in cheshire, so any help would be much appreciated...

I too need the same help - there seems to be no aupair network except ones affiliated to agencies. Any suggestions would be great... I'm tempted to set one up on facebook

In fact just looked on Facebook start there "type in au pair connect" and lots come up... good luck

Try the ' aupair in uk' group on facebook. Our au pairs made friends at their english classes and i found other local host families (including emailing a lady who was advertising for a new au pair on gumtree..i have no shame) and put the au pairs in touch with each other.
