What can a CM's assistant do?

Hi all, just wondering exactly what a CM's assistant can and can't do. I'm going to visit a CM next week who has an assistant who is registered and just wondering what I need to ask about them.

They should be approved by OFSTED, CRB checked & have attended a paediatric first aid course

It is good practise for them to have safeguarding training (child protection)

They can do pretty much what the childminder can; usually there is a clause detailing their role on the registration certificate
