Has anyone used the MM ones? As they look somewhat nicer than the NCMA ones!

I love my MM ones (but have never used the NCMA ones)

From a parents point of view, i just reviewed an NCMA contract and it is sooooo OTT in protecting the childminder. For example EVERY time medicine is given the parent must first give written consent. This would result in leaving baby in pain until the end of the day. Hmm Or the part about whether the child is too sick to come to the childminder being entirely at the childminder's discretion? Why not set out guidlines in the contract that help clarify what is too sick (i.e. fever, infectious, etc.)

I know nothing about MM contracts. But, not impressed with NCMA.

I recall not having issues with the NCMA contracts as much as the record forms which were almost entirely unuseable. I had to make my own.
