I am currently writing a cover letter for a new job and am really having a brain block where I have helped a child who was struggling to keep up in development terms with their peers.

Any ideas - I know that I have but anyone give me any ideas of what I may have done!

I'm confused by what you're asking. Do you have an incident in mind and are struggling to put it into words? Or do you need your memory jogged about when you might have done such a thing?

Why do you need to put this into a cover letter? What job is the letter for?

Off the top of my head a late talker you might have spent extra time talking to, a late walker you might have supported so they could join in toddling games or a child who didn't sit unsupported that you provided cushions for, a child who struggled with fine motor skill you designed targeted activities for?

I think it's more likely to apply to the 2-5 age group but you might be able to remember a baby who was frustrated they couldn't interact with other babies because they were physically less developed.

Feel free to PM me if you want to explain further but don't want to put it on a public board.
