hi was wondering if anyone could help me i live in sw london and am a childminder my fee is £65 a day 8-6 am i expensive?

Blush Actually it's about an hour away. I thought Berkshire was only about 30 minutes away... Hmm my UK geography is appalling. I'll need to work on that.

Still, not too far, so should do sometime anyway!

littleducks - the reason you may think nanny would be cheaper may well be because you will see a salary advertised as £70+ per day. But this is a net salary and by the time you add on tax etc it is around £100 a day.

MY Friend works as a nanny in Richmond and earns £100 per day net looking after one toddler, when you add on tax and NI on top of that then £65 sounds like a bargin
