Childminders Club: Half Term - anyone out there not have a car????

Me again

Thinking about half term in a couple of weeks so I can plan activities in advance.

I'm hoping by some miracle, I will sell my car and buy a 7 seater by then (haha, think I'm dreaming here!! )

If I don't have a car, I'm planning lots of arts and crafts, cooking, baking, trips to the park etc. but I could really do with some more idea's so they don't all get bored!! I may hire a bigger car but it all depends on costs!

Any idea's??? This is who I'll have:

1 - 2.0 (boy) (9am - 2.30pm everyday, Tues - til 5pm)
2 - 2.8 (girl) (Mon - Thurs, 8.30am - 6.30pm)
3 - 2.7 (boy - my ds)
4 - 5.10 (boy) (9am - 2.30pm everyday, Tues - til 5pm)
5 - 9.8 (girl) (Mon - Thurs, 8am - 5pm)

Any idea's/advice would be grately appreciated!!

Get the oldest girl to help with the babies - walk them round the garden in a buggy (if they like that)

Indoor picnic
Ice cubes for the little ones to play with (with the older ones supervising)
Make your own playdoh
Make pizza bases and add toppings
at least 2 videos over the week
Make & decorate biscuits
Hallowe'en masks/lanterns

I think your 5 yo will be the problem unless he has a "thing" eg dinosaurs/football/cars

Make sure you get that big car ...
