I trust you had a lovley Christmas and that the New Year is a peaceful and joyful one too.

What do you need to keep and what do you need to get rid of or erase when a child leaves your setting?

For example correspondence to parents via email and letter.

Doing a onlin Childcare Learning level 3 course which mentions about data protecton.

Thank you lovely people Grin

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Sorry Mum2B - didn't want to leave you unanswered, but I wouldn't like to say for 100% sure, because I keep getting told different things.

I keep accident reports, records of concerns and copies of contracts. I give parents general observations, pictures, etc.

I only keep emails which might be important for some reason (?) in 10 yrs time, otherwise I delete them.
