Reference for CM

I need to write a reference for our CM, and I don't really know where to start. What kind of things would CM's like to see in a reference?

How much do I have to write?

Help please, I am currently 10wks pg and my brain is fried and can't think.

Think as though you are the parent looking for care and what sort of things you would like to know. I have a few references from parents and they range from a few lines to two pages!

Would it help to see a few samples? I have a reference page on my website. I'm happy to post a link if that would be useful?
