which is the best way, ring up and ask for a form to be sent out or do it online?

If online is an option... do it online.
Saves sending things off which get lost.
Saves some poor admin person having to key in the information from your written form (though I think they do try to scan them these days where possible).
Not sure what error checking the online forms do but if they do some, then that's of help as it means you fill in the information they require correctly (when I worked for Ofsted,
incorrectly completed forms was common, this caused delay).

does anyone have the link for the online registration?
