how do you arrange your child care? I have a dd aged 3 in December who will be strating nursery for half days in January. I work full time so do I get a minder to pick her up after and watch her until I finish?

I am due second child in May and have no idea what to do about juggling the care when I go back to work?

Just wondered how you arrange everything

Would the minder look after your baby? And drop off and pick up your 3yo
The nursery places should/might be free so you would only have to pay for the C/Mer.....but you would prob have top pay full-time (ie while she is at nursery)

A childminder would probably be your best soluition. Best to find one who can take both children come end of your maternity leave, so when asking around ask when they are able to care for a child under 1.
Finding a childminder near to your home and near nursery/pre-school is best... one that collects already from the nursery ideally - so enquire at the nursery/pre-school regarding if you can advertise on a noticeboard located where parents/carers wait to drop-off/collect children.
