Please tell me what the really posh silly name that childminders have is

practitioner?? professional? worker? I've heard all these words somewhere.

practitioner that is what I thought at first

I've only heard professional childminder as thats what is in ad's around me when people have vacancies

I know that is the correct term but I wanted a name that doesn't have childminder in the title

it is for my proffession on the application forms for DS senior schools

Proffessional Childcare Practitioner was what the NCMA discussed - but it was rejected...I think
