basically work full time, 3 under 4s a day.. parents have asked me to increase various days,( one sibling,) 2 singles, that would give me 4 under 4s every day though 2 of these will be going to nursery for various mornings..

would love to help parents in this and frankly could do with the money..

quetion is how would ofsted view this if asked.. is it excellent paperwork? organisation? i have a big playroom and 7 seater car so thats all fine..

any ideas as know some cms on here have 4..

I increase my numbers for every afternoon when one of my mindees changed from afternoon to morning nursery, i found ofsted really great about it you have to fill in an online application to have a variation and then in my case a man phoned checked a few points and then allowed it.
From what he said to me as long as it is to ensure continuity and not just so you can have another one they are usually fine about it, the problems usually occur if you just want to take on an extra child.
Hope it helps good luck

Can't see it being a problem under continuation of care. They have just granted me a variation which I applied for in Mid-Sept, came back a week ago, so only took about 3 weeks. The form is now sent to you via E-mail if you want, so can be filled in and sent right back (after lots of cutting and pasting). Wink
