Nanny Share?

Hi,

Can someone please tell how a nanny share works? Is it that one family has a nanny part time for say 1 or 2 days and another family has the nanny for the remainder of the days?

I know that this sounds like the most stupid of questions

The nanny cares for the children from two families AT THE SAME TIME. Either of the families home could be used, so one family would need to take their children to the other home. You would have a contract with the other family... and both families would have a contract with the nanny.

Where a nanny works for one family 2 days per week and another family 2/3 days per week... but does not have all the children at the same time, it is not a nanny share... but two separate employments. You would not need to know anything at all about the other family.
