Hi what would you do if a parent collected their child over four hours early today for an appointment? I was told this morning. Would you still charge full fee or reduce fee?

Not sure if she will be coming back this afternoon?

I ofetn dont use my childminder if I finish early or child has an appointment. Makes no difference to what I pay though. You should charge full rate.

claireb1974 · 27/09/2010 13:12

still charge normal fee

I always charge in advance so the time has already been paid for.
If the time is booked and contracted I would charge as normal.

Thanks for that

Normal fee

Normal fee - you are available as contracted, it's parent's choice not to use your services.

Our CM charges us for the full day which I think is fair.

pippin26 · 27/09/2010 16:19

Charged as normal. Thanks for that. I am quite flexible with this family. They are really lovely to deal with !!
