giving up cming

i have decided i am going to give it up after 9 months 20ish enquiries and still no work i am no longer going to put myself through the stress of having someone look around my house and then tell me im not what they are looking for i have tried soo hard with the advertising but got no where

why are they not using you? would be good to re-ring the parents to ask Smile just so you know

20 famiys is alot to enquire without anybody starting

yes agree, with dmo.. are the other cms in the area full?? 20 families is a huge amount.. just for the sake of your own peice of mind I would ask them why you werent suitable..

alot of the childminders i speak to have the children they are allowed or cant get families but not had enquiries some have said that its too far a few have wanted care for 2 children which ofsted have finally said no to a variation after keep losing my paper work and me keep resubmitting it the ones i phoned after the viewing said that they were going with local day nurseries not sure if its because i have my own 2 under 5 or what. But my ofsted will need paying for in november to renew registration as it will have been a year and without the money coming in we cant afford to pay out again to have another yr like this one
