au pair contract

I have a nanny contract, but I think it might be overkill for a three month au pair fixed term job. So, does anyone have a simple au pair contract they could share with me? Or even just point me to one on the internet?

And if you have any advice on how an au paird contract should differ from a nanny contract, I would appreciate your wise words.

Thanks!

Look at the guidance on creating a written statement of employment which is basically the minimum you need as a contract. here.

The ana contract is fairly simple too. That said I take the belt and braces approach and err on the side of caution. If you wrote it in then it's there, of you didn't and you need it - like not specifying and overtime rate - you leave yourselves open to trouble.

It doesn't need to be long and you could put everything in the offer letter but you would need to keep a signed copy.

I'm yet to find a comprehensive one on the Internet so am trying to construct my own for my germ of an AP agency!
