Urgent sample temporary nanny contract required

Hi all, I was wondering whether anyone knew of any websites from which I can download sample temporary nanny contracts? Or if anyone was willing to share their temporary nanny contracts with me? I would be really grateful for any help you can give as I need to do a contract this week. Thank you!

nannyjob has an ANA one that you could adapt or CAT me and I don't mind sending you my rather heavy duty one for reference.

It doesn't need to be complicated if it's a short-term temp - just your names, where the temp is working, duties, length of contract, hours, rate of pay (normal and overtime). If applicable put in accommodation and car use.

Is temp employed by your or a continuous temp with permission to be SE from HMRC?

If employed put in arrangements for tax/NI deductions, if not have a clause saying temp is SE and responsible for sorting them and take copies of the letter from HMRC declaring SE status.

You don't need to worry about holiday etc.
