What can i try to get labour going?

Hi

I'm nearly 38 weeks and so fed up can't sleep because of really bad heartburn but can't sleep when it's light, as DR said will go away when babys born so what can i do to get it going?

i think the more positive i am the better labour & delivery will go

But looking forward to reflexology as relaxation as probably won't get much time after

im nearly 40weeks and so fed up iv cought a cold coz of this weather and just cant sleep what so ever i feel like its never gona happen what cn i do to start things off?

hi i was due baby yesterday and theres still no sign of him ive been given my induction date as the 4th of march ive tried raspberry leaf tea , sex, running up and down stairs, hot currys, cumin tea and nipple stimulation everything i could find on the internet that was supposed to help but trust me nothing does i guess ill just have to hold on till he is ready to come lol x
