Where can I buy those cold packs for one's lady bits after birth?

I've asked in Boots (went bright red too, oh the shame!) but they hadn't heard of them so not sure where else to look.

I know this forum is nearly a decade old but I have to share for the next person who is searching...
I found some on Amazon. The instant type that you don't need a freezer for. They are amazing, called perineal cold packs for anyone that's looking. They are pretty cold so I used a thin sanitary towel on top. Good luck!
