Could these cramps at 37+5 mean labour is starting? Also possible show?

Hi guys I’m 37+5, been having cramps on and off all day do think this could be a little bit of mucus plug or bloody show?

Could very well be. It can vary a bit, mine was quite pink. Watch out for bright red blood though that should be immediately checked. Warm showers helped me a lot at this stage if you're uncomfortable
