Forceps delivery - baby has facial palsy

hi - had a forceps delivery 4 days ago and baby has facial palsy as a result of it (right eye closed and right lips droopy). Looking for stories for those that faced similar experience - was it temporary or permanent? What was the recovery for those that had it temporary? Was there any treatment that can help recovery? TIA!

Has the HV been to visit at all, the may be able to give you some more advice, did the hospital not give you any kind of information before you went home, if not thats awful.
