Hi,
Im 2 weeks post planned c section and recovery so far has gone very well and I was basically feeling back to normal apart from a little tenderness and some numbness which I’m hoping will fade over the next few weeks/months.
One midwife told me the right side of my scar looked a little bit red and slightly inflamed so gave me a cleaning pack for it and I also bought some antiseptic spray myself to keep on top of it to prevent any infection. It doesn’t look any worse but I’m now getting pain on the right hand side that feels like it’s deep inside my body rather than where the cut is.
The pain is much worse at night when trying to roll over in bed and almost feels like it’s in my hip or spreading down the front of my vagina😳
It’s not unbearable and really only bothering me at night but I’m struggling to pick baby up out of crib when I was having no problems before.
Does this pain sound familiar to anyone? Just wondering if it’s normal stretchy, healing pain or warrents a GP call.
